【食材清单】
        大闸蟹 6只、鸡蛋 3只、火腿末、 豆苗 、鸡汤 、盐 、糖 、猪油 、黄酒、姜汁 、水 、淀粉
【烹饪步骤】

                                                         1.将大闸蟹煮熟,拆肉,蟹壳洗净

                                                    2.将鸡蛋清打发成蛋糊,做成蟹壳大小的椭圆形,撒上火腿末和豆苗装饰,上锅蒸一分钟

                                                     3.锅烧热,下猪油,拆好的蟹肉炒香,下黄酒、姜汁、鸡汤、盐、糖,调味后稍煮
