牛油果蟹肉沙拉

【食材准备】
           山姆牛油果  50g;巴解精品母大闸蟹  1只; 柠檬  半个;鱼子酱  3g;黑胡椒  3g;凯撒沙拉汁  15ml;
           沙拉配菜:圣女果  15g;去核黑橄榄  2个;芝麻菜  15g;紫叶生菜  15g;芒果  10g 

【烹饪步骤】
                                                                             
                                                                    1、将大闸蟹刷洗干净,青菜洗净。

                                                                         
                                                                   2、蒸锅中倒入适量清水,大火烧开,将大闸蟹肚子朝上放入蒸锅中,盖上锅盖蒸15分钟左右

                                                                  
                                                                   3、柠檬切半,牛油果切半后,取少量切薄片,其余切成小粒。

                                                                  
                                                                   4、蒸好的蟹取出蟹肉部分。

                                                                  
                                                                  5、将切粒那部分牛油果与蟹肉混合,放入柠檬汁,沙拉汁和现磨黑胡椒,搅拌均匀,整形成球状

                                                                
                                                                 6、沙拉配菜铺底,放入蟹肉沙拉球,铺上切片牛油果,鱼子酱即可。
