大闸蟹一只、鸡蛋两枚、盐适量

【烹饪步骤】

                                                                          1、先将大闸蟹蒸熟,将蟹爪肉和蟹膏取出。

                                                                         2、鸡蛋打散,加入和鸡蛋等量的温水调和在一起搅拌均匀,加适量盐;

                                                                          3、将打好的加入小缸中的1/2处即可。

                                                                        4、蒸锅加入水烧开,将小刚放入蒸制七分钟。

                                                                        5、剥好的蟹肉和蟹膏放入蒸好的水蛋上,再讲剩余的蛋液浇在上面。

                                                                        6、锅蒸制5分钟左右即可、 最后将剩下的蟹肉和蟹膏放在蒸好的水蛋上即可食用。
  
                                                                                                     小贴士 
                                                                    1、鸡蛋加入温水可以缩短蒸制时间并使水蛋蒸制口感好。
                                                                    2、两次加入蛋液可以提高水蛋的蒸制质量,也有利于蟹肉和水蛋的滋味中和。
