蟹粉娃娃菜的做法

【食材准备】

          大闸蟹 1只;娃娃菜 2颗;姜末 适量;蒜末 适量;料酒 适量;盐 适量;水淀粉 适量

【烹饪步骤】

                                                                 
                                                                   1、将大闸蟹刷洗干净

                                                                 
                                                                 2、将大闸蟹腹部朝上放入蒸屉,加盖后蒸15到20分钟即可

                                                                
                                                                 3、仔细的拆出蟹肉备用

                                                                 
                                                                 4、娃娃菜清洗一下;姜蒜切末备用

                                                                 
                                                                6、娃娃菜一开六份

                                                                
                                                                 7、锅中烧开水,将娃娃菜稍汆烫一下

                                                                 
                                                                 8、炒锅加少许油,爆香姜蒜末
                                                                
                                                                 9、下入蟹粉炒出香味,烹少量料酒去腥

                                                                 
                                                                 10、加入水(或高汤)适量,煮开

                                                                
                                                                 11、加盐调好口味,淋入水淀粉,调成羹装。

                                                                
                                                                 12、将煮好的蟹粉羮浇在娃娃菜上即可。
