大闸蟹有三宝,紫苏、姜茶和醋。今天,就带大家学习一下三宝之一,蟹醋的做法。

[食材清单]

        大闸蟹 2只;紫苏叶 5片;生姜 1块;白砂糖 1勺
        陈醋 3勺;白醋 3勺;柠檬醋 6勺

                                                              1、买回来的大闸蟹,用刷子把外壳擦干净

                                                               2、蒸锅里防水,丢入紫苏叶

                                                               3、放入大闸蟹,肚皮朝上,水烧开后蒸15-20分钟
