大闸蟹蒸豆腐的做法

【食材清单】
大闸蟹两只、内脂豆腐一盒、糯米酒一碗、盐适量

                                                       1、将豆腐泡在淡盐水中15分钟左右(去豆腥),过清水,沥干,切大块,装盘。

                                                       2、将处理干净的大闸蟹用菜刀拍碎,掀开肚脐,切掉,掀开蟹盖,去蟹腮,切成两段。

                                                      3、切好生姜、大蒜、小葱头,放在豆腐上。

                                                      4、将大闸蟹放在葱姜蒜上面,盖好蟹盖。

                                                      5、加入盐、白糖、自酿糯米酒,上锅蒸。
