魔芋香辣蟹的做法

螃蟹、魔芋丝、绿豆芽、芫荽、干辣椒、花椒、老干妈香辣酱、生姜、葱白、料酒、蚝油、香醋

                                                 1、 各式材料洗净、备齐

                                                2、用专用的工具将螃蟹处理成适当的大块

                                                3、加入适量油烧热,加入干辣椒、花椒、老干妈香辣酱
                                                      生姜、葱白小火煸出香味

                                                4、倒入处理好的螃蟹翻炒,喷入适量料酒

                                                          - 小贴士 -


               1.国外的螃蟹购买前大多是蒸好的半陈品,如果鲜活的自己处理要注意安全;
            2.螃蟹处理的时候,较大的蟹脚等部位,要用工具压裂,这样容易更容易入味; 
            3.活螃蟹一般焖煮到螃蟹壳变红后,再继续焖几分钟就熟透了; 
            4.魔芋富含膳食纤维,有助消化,是减肥保健之佳品; 
            5.老干妈香辣酱、蚝油都含有盐份,注意用量以免过咸。
