香煎元贝配大闸蟹粉浓汁

    新鲜元贝搭配上味醇蟹肉,让人食欲大开~~~

 [食材清单]
 
                   新鲜元贝五只、大闸蟹肉适量、生粉水适量、油、盐、糖、鸡粉

   [烹饪步骤]

                                                                          

                                                                                                         1、新鲜元贝拆肉

                                                                
                                            
                                                                                                2、拆出来的鲜元贝

                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                 3、元贝下油煎至两面金黄


                                                               

                                                                                     4、贝壳用滚水烫五分钟消毒用来摆碟


                                                              

                                                                                         5、煎好的元贝放在贝壳上

                                                             
                                                                  
                                                           6、将生粉水入锅煮开,自行调节稠度,把蒸熟拆出来的蟹黄蟹放进去,
                                                                                                     加鸡粉、盐、糖调味

                                                            

                                                                           7、调好蟹黄芡汁,淋在元贝上,同时用味极鲜提味
