             大闸蟹8只  红葱头两个  葱  姜  盐  料酒

      1 红葱头去掉外衣,洗干净    
        
2 葱洗净 切断。   
 
                                                                   
                                                                         
                                                                           
                                                                                       3  姜去皮,切丝                                                                                                    
  
                                                                      4 大闸蟹放进水里泡十分钟左                                                                                     
其在喝水的同时也会吐出一些分泌物
 

5 用手抓住大闸蟹壳的两边,
再用牙刷刷洗一下背、腹、嘴、壳的两侧和钳的位置

    6 锅洗干净,放入切好的红葱头、葱、姜

7 加入两汤匙料酒,少许盐

8 放入洗干净的大闸蟹

                          9 盖上锅盖,大火烧至闻到料酒和葱的香味时转中火

 10 煮至水干后熄火,焖五分钟后即可开吃
- 小贴士 -
1、煮蟹的时候,不需要再另外放水,因为蟹在煮之前已经吸不少水份,在煮的时候会吐出很多水。
       2、不要担心在洗蟹时会被蟹钳住,因为当你用捉住蟹两边壳时,无论蟹怎样张牙舞爪,都没方法夹到您的手,不过,还是要小心。
       3、蟹性凉,吃完后可以喝一杯姜茶。
